I bought these pans to use in my new air fryer--none of my other cake pans would fit. I used the larger pan to make the NYT banana bread recipe (without nuts as my guest was allergic to them). The recipe came out very well, just as good as the bread baked in a regular oven. I also made a frittata with the smaller pan (but I forgot to photograph that). These pans did a good job. I oiled the pans (and used flour for the cake as well), and the dishes were easy to remove from the pan. They both browned well--even underneath. As I was using the air fryer and a dark colored pan, I reduced the baking temperature by about 25 degrees and put a piece of foil over the top of the cake about half way through to prevent over browning. I also cooked the bread for about 5-10 minutes less than the recommended baking time. Anyway, I'm happy with the pans and will probably use them in my regular oven as well as in the air fryer.
