Item cooks well using top shelf only. When using multiple shelves, food on lower shelves cooked slower. Also handle broke after only 1 year of use!Loved it while it worked, easy to clean. Racks a little hard to get in and out. Cooked food faster around the edges but no so much in the middle of each rack. Upper rack cooked first and each significantly less as they descended. Definitely not worth the money if it only lasts one year. Contacted customer service via email and never got a response. It is a shame to throw out this item so soon after purchase and add to the landfill. I thought if I paid for quality I would get that, definitely not the case.I loved this air fryer, but unfortunately it stopped working last month and I bought it less than a year ago (end of June 2021). It seems like the engine just went out because it won't even warm up any more. I gave it three stars because I loved it for the 10 months that it worked----just wish it worked longer and didn't give out so fast.This air fryer has been fantastic! I much prefer the basket type air fryers over the toaster oven fryers. This one is the best of both worlds as it includes a window and light to monitor cooking. Doing great two months in! I use it several times a week.We really like this airfryer as it is easier to use and clean than the typical drawer style ones. The only draw back is that it does not seem to get as hot as our previous airfryer, so things take a little longer to cook.Food tastes much better, it's fast, easy to use and clean, wonderful alternative to frying food in oil!!, pretty quiet, food comes out crispy and tender, seems well constructed and looks good in the kitchen! Buy with confidence.
