Got this as a gift for my dad. The remote controller stopped working after 9 months of very infrequent usage. Sent it back to be replaced under warranty. Warranty process took 3 months. When they sent it back, it still did not work. DJI refuses to repair it again under warranty now that it's out of their 12 month window and sent me a bill for $124.00. Their support refuses to help or look into the case and keeps sending me copy/paste email responses. I'm now looking into perusing a refund in small claims court.I strongly recommend against doing any business with DJI.Love it! Does exactly what I wanted it to do.Product was more that just used, it was damaged from a crash. Several calibration issues upon loading the app.Amazing drone.
